Project Overview
The NSU Health Interprofessional Simulation Complex called for the complete renovation of an 82,000 square foot facility, the former Miami Dolphins Training Facility, on Nova Southeastern University's main campus in Davie, Florida. Valued at $35 million, the project transformed a professional sports training facility into a healthcare simulation and education complex for the university's health programs. The scale and adaptive reuse nature of the project demanded a clear visual narrative to communicate the vision for the space. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the presentation materials, renderings, and animations needed to support the pursuit.

Photorealistic renderings illustrated proposed interior spaces, simulation labs, and shared learning areas within the repurposed structure.
